DESCRIPTION:Join Irene Barnes\, Social Worker at the Centre for Growth & Harmony as she guides you through a mindful painting class! Similar to a Paint Nite structure\, Irene will take you through each step of creating your masterpiece in a very informal class suitable for all skill levels! \nDon’t like the colour scheme? No problem! We celebrate creative freedom and you can add whatever personal touches you like along the way. As always\, you get to take your finished painting home with you and hopefully some great memories from an afternoon of connection\, conversation\, and fun! \nThe class is limited to 20 participants\, so please register HERE.
