Join us on Thu\, Feb 11 from 1:30 – 4:30 pm to learn how to make Mocktails the whole family could enjoy or to set a more romantic mood. And don’t forget presents! We’ll show you how to make an awesome Valentine’s card as well as how to craft yarn hearts and heart garlands for a truly from the heart gift. \nYou’ll need to have a few things on hand to make these along with us. You’ll need: \n\nCrafts & Valentine card: Different types of yarn\, plain paper (white and red if you’re going for a traditional look\, other colors if you want to try something new)\, magazine paper\, scissors and a glue stick.\nMocktails\n\nStrawberry Mojito: Strawberry Puree\, Lime\, Mint Leaves\, Sparkling Water\, Sugar\, Salt\nCupid Float: Cherry or Strawberry Soda\, Vanilla Ice Cream\, Crushed Strawberry\nFairy Floss: Lime\, Cotton Candy\, Flavored Sparking Water (your choice of flavor)\, Sugar or Sprinkles for decoration\n\n\n\nA lucky winter term NorQuest student that participates will win a $100 Skip the Dishes gift card to treat themselves (and maybe a date) to a really awesome meal!
