The results for the 2025 SANQC AGM as voted on by the 55 students who attended are as follows:
- Motion: To accept the 2025 audited financial statements of the Students’ Association as presented.
- RESULT: Motion Passed
- Motion: To appoint King & Company as the financial auditors for the fiscal year ending June 2026.

- Motion: To approve, by special resolution, the recommended section A Bylaw revisions #1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 as presented in the attached supplement, where strikethrough indicates deletions and underline indicates additions.
