Edmonton Transit Services (ETS) will not be shipping U-Pass stickers for distribution to NorQuest College and will not be collecting fees for the Spring/Summer semester for the time being.
Once the College starts to discuss resuming on campus classes and the implementation of on campus fees, the institutions will meet and come to a decision on how the U-Pass program will be handled.
This means that the Spring/Summer U-Pass fee will be removed from all student accounts and refunds will be issued to anyone that has already paid the U-Pass fee.
Please give the College some time to update all of the impacted accounts. Thank you for your patience during this process.
