Students’ Council is made up of students, just like you!
We are here to advocate by being the voice of students.
We are here to support by listening and responding to student needs.
We are here to connect by creating opportunities for students to share experiences and build community.
As student leaders, we are committed to making a difference. Through ongoing engagement with students, we ensure that student voices are heard and represented in decisions that impact the NorQuest experience.
Students’ Council has 12 seats, including:
- 1 Student-at-Large Board of Governors Representative
- 1 Self-Identifying Indigenous Board of Governors Representative
- 1 Self-Identifying Regional Representative
- 3 Faculty of Arts & Sciences Representatives
- 3 Faculty of Health Studies Representatives
- 3 Faculty of Skills & Foundational Learning Representatives
While representatives are elected from different faculties and student groups, every member of Students’ Council shares the same responsibility: to advocate on behalf of NorQuest students as a whole.
