Helping Hands — Gift Request Form

Starting Mon, Nov 2 until Wed, Nov 18 at 4 pm, NorQuest students in need can register to receive a gift for themselves and/or their children.

Please register with same name that appears on your NorQuest Student ID.

• Must be a current Fall term NorQuest student in a credit program to register for yourself and/or your children.
• Must be a current Students’ Association member (have paid SANQC fees this term).
• Children 17 and under of the student, that reside in the same household, are eligible to be added.
• You will be asked to select a gift category for each person being registered.
• Each gift will be approximately $25 in value.
• Gifts must be picked up by the registered student during the selected Gift Pickup Time from the Multi-Purpose Space (1-096, SCFL), located in the downtown NorQuest campus.
• As part of our audit process, you may be asked to provide the Alberta Health Care card or equivalent (CRA dependent information) for any/all of the children you are registering on this form. This documentation will show the name of your child and their date of birth. This will be used to ensure that the children you have registered are under your care, residing in your household and do not exceed the age limit for this program.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that on the date for your gift pick up, you will only be able to pick from the stock we have available. We cannot guarantee you will get the exact item you want. If you select or wait until the last day to pick up your gift, there may be low stock to choose from.
