Week of Welcome • Virtual Bingo

May 21 - May 24

Virtual BINGO is back and you can join in the fun from wherever you are!

Follow us on Facebook or Instagram @norquestsa and play along as we release a batch of numbers each day from Tue, May 21 through Fri, May 24.

The first 150 people who register will get to play but only 2024 Spring NorQuest students who get a blackout will win a $25 gift card!

Join BINGO through these easy steps:

  1. Registration for Digital BINGO opens Mon, May 13, come back then for your card! You can only get and play one digital BINGO card for the duration of this event. You will use the same digital BINGO card for all the numbers called this week. Students who claim more than one BINGO cards will be disqualified. Contact lin.wang@norquest.ca if you are having issues getting a card.
  2. Once you receive your digital BINGO card in your NorQuest student email, be sure to follow us on Facebook & Instagram where we will be posting the numbers called on our stories. If you missed a day, check our Instagram story highlights as they will be posted there.
  3. If any of the called numbers match numbers on your digital BINGO card, click them on your card to mark them. The middle box is a free space and you can go ahead and mark that one right away. Once you get a full card or blackout bingo (all the numbers on your card are called and marked), message us on Facebook or Instagram or email lin.wang@norquest.ca so we can verify if you have a good bingo. Send us your full name, Student ID# (for us to verify if you are a 2024 Spring NorQuest student), NorQuest student email, and digital Bingo Card ID# (located at the top left of your card).
  4. Once we confirm that you have a good bingo and that you are a 2024 Spring NorQuest student, we will let you know your gift card options and how to claim your prize.
  5. Our last day to post new numbers will be Fri, May 24.

Mon, May 27 at 3 pm is the deadline to inform us about your BINGO. Any bingo claimed after that will not be accepted.

A good blackout BINGO looks like this:

Note: Your numbers will look different than the sample card. What is important is that all the numbers on your card were called out.

Here’s also a quick tutorial on how to play Virtual Bingo if you’ve never played before:

  • You can see letters B-I-N-G-O on your card with numbers below them. Under B, numbers can range from 1-15; under I, numbers can range from 16 – 30; under N, numbers can range from 31-45; under G, numbers can range from 46 – 60; and under O, numbers can range from 61-75.
  • We will call a number under a letter. For example, B1. To check, look at your B column then see if there is a number 1. If you have B1, go ahead and mark that off your card. Continue marking off all the numbers called out for the day that are on your card.
  • If you don’t have a blackout BINGO yet and still have numbers left, watch for the numbers to be announced the following day(s).

Good luck getting a BINGO!
