Week of Welcome • Smudge at the Indigenous Student Centre
Drop in for some grounding throughout the week at the Indigenous Student Centre. They will have sage burning and an Indigenous Meditation Album playing during the drop in times. Open to all students with no prior knowledge of smudging required. Please note there will not be any supervisor or direction provided during the event. Join a member of NorQuest’s Wellness Team as you venture into some virtual guided yoga and meditation on Blackboard! You’ll begin with a short grounding exercise, then move into a chair/seated yoga session and a final guided meditation exercise.
