IT’S BINGO TIME! Join SANQC for some fun and FREE rounds of BINGO for a chance to win great prizes. Drop in for a single game or stay for the entire event. Come watch, learn, and play during the NorQuest Esports Game Day on Wed, May 24 from 10 am - 4 pm at the Innovation Studio on the 5th floor of the Civic Employee Legacy Tower (CELT). Join a member of NorQuest’s Wellness Team as you venture into some virtual guided yoga and meditation on Blackboard! You’ll begin with a short grounding exercise, then move into a chair/seated yoga session and a final guided meditation exercise.
