Welcome to the Free Store! Each month, SANQC picks a special theme for the Free Store so that we can focus on resources and a larger concentration of donated items from that theme. This month we are requesting of winter clothing donations. You can pop by and browse through the gently used and donated items. Each Free Store has a variety of different items from school supplies, clothing, household goods, kitchen wares, children’s toys and more.

Join the Centre for Growth & Harmony for this presentation by the Canadian Mental Health Association about identifying and managing stressors, discovering strategies for self-care, and learning about valuable resources that are available to you. The first session is from 11 am - 12 pm with the second session running from 12 - 1 pm.
