Plan some relaxation time and stop by our Grab & Go Stress Free Zone in Imagine Hall starting at 10 am (while supplies last) to pick up a stress relief kit. Each kit has a variety of items to help you relax on the go, at home or anywhere in between!

Pizza Party
Your Students' Association wants to welcome you to the Winter term with a Pizza Party! IT’S BINGO TIME! Join SANQC for some fun and FREE rounds of BINGO for a chance to win great prizes. Drop in for a single game or stay for the entire event. Come and unwind with the Learner Centre and Wellness teams! Take a break out of your day and play some games with friends, and meet some good boys and girls from CAAWLS. There will be 2 four-legged friends (wellness dogs) on-hand for pets and snuggles to help you bust some stress and get a hit of dopamine to stave off the afternoon slump. Please remember that food is not allowed in the Learner Centre.

Join the Centre for Growth and Harmony as they continue the conversation around mental health. They'll be joined by community mental health and wellness organizations who will be on-site to share info about their services and how they can support you and anyone else who may be looking for support. They will also be joined by CAAWLS wellness dogs, and we’ll have interactive games, quizzes and giveaways!

Come watch, learn, and play during the NorQuest Esports Game Day on Wed, Jan 24 from 3 - 9 pm at the Innovation Studio on the 5th floor of the Civic Employee Legacy Tower (CELT).
